Steven Depot - Senior Territory Manager

Steven joined CWB with over 20 years of management and leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to City Wide he was a Managing Partner at UNO Restaurants LLC. Steven uses his prior skills and knowledge help develop the right operational strategy for our clients and works with the City Wide team to deliver results. Steven graduated from Johnson and Wales with a degree in Business Management.

Ekaterina Shea - CMA – Finance Manager

Ekaterina Shea joined City Wide of Boston with over 7 years of experience and a Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting from Worcester State University. She has worked with small family-owned companies as well as large institutions such as Umass Chan Medical School. She is excited to help build the finance team at City Wide of Boston to support the company's growth as well as her own.

Sheila Gaffey - Director of Compliance & Business Analytics

Sheila came to City Wide from Kidsborough, the multi-location before/after school educational care program, where she was the Center Director of the original site in Hopkinton, MA. Sheila initially joined the team in a hybrid accounting and support role in 2009 when the company had just Bob and Karen Sommers and a handful of clients. She is now the Director of the Business Operations department that includes all Accounting, Human Resources, Client Support, and Vendor Sourcing and Compliance teams. Sheila is a graduate of Clark University with a degree in Liberal Arts, Psychology and Spanish.


Bob Sommers - Principal


“We started City Wide because there was a clear opportunity to address a significant need in the marketplace. We were excited about the idea of building a business and differentiating ourselves through a steadfast formula of great people, professional management and exceptional customer service.”

Bob started City Wide of Boston with Karen Sommers in 2008. Prior to City Wide, Bob worked in business development and general management roles for various start- ups and technology companies in the Boston area. In 2002, Bob and Karen co-founded the grass roots 100% volunteer-based charity Smiling Kids Inc. (www.smilingkidsinc.org). The 501(c)3 charity provides birthday presents to children and teens in-need throughout Massachusetts. The organization has provided over 15,000 birthday presents to date. The success and enjoyment of launching and growing the charity ignited the interest to start a business they could develop and build together. City Wide of Boston was started with a desire to address the pervasive problem commercial properties face in finding, sourcing and managing reliable vendors. Bob graduated from Hamilton College with a BA in Psychology and earned his MBA in Marketing from the Babson College Olin School of Management.


Cara Angeloni - Office Manager

“I was excited to join City Wide of Boston because I saw the drive and motivation that everyone had. I knew it would be a great environment and opportunity to begin a new career where I could have an impact in helping in CWB’s continued success.”

Cara joined CWB with over 5 years of experience in the retail industry. Prior to City Wide she worked at Toys R Us and went through their management training program. From her retail background she brings a high level of customer service and management skills. Cara graduated from Johnson and Wales with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Management.

 

Craig Pietz - Vice President of Operations

“I joined City Wide of Boston because of the potential I saw in the company. I also saw a family type structure that I could envision excelling in as the business grows. I was excited about being part of a business that can help so many companies have less to worry about.”

Craig came to CWB from more than 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. He held Director positions with Back Bay Restaurant Group, Chelo’s Management Company and British Beer Company. Craig oversees all operations management and contract compliance. He leads the growing team through excellence in customer service, hospitality and creative problem solving. Craig is a graduate of from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Business.

Karen Sommers - Principal

“I was excited to start this business because I had confidence in our ability to work hard to build a business that would have an impact on our clients and employees. We are fortunate to be surrounded by an amazing team of people and have a wonderful list of clients who value our approach.”

Karen started City Wide of Boston with Bob Sommers in 2008. Through the State of Massachusetts’ Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), City Wide of Boston is a certified Woman Owned Business (WBE). Prior to City Wide, Karen spent 12 years in Sales and Sales Management in Boston and New York Radio, working for both American Radio Systems and CBS/Infinity Broadcasting. And then after starting a family, she worked as a consultant to her former Boston radio stations, as well as, clients in sales & sales leadership. Bryant Sullivan - Director of Sales

Bryant joined CWB with over 20 years of sales leadership experience within diverse industries & across regional, national, and global markets. He held a Director position for a large Fortune 500 company which provides him experience building and launching successful business strategies. He leads the growing outside sales and business development teams through excellence in prospecting, consultative selling, and outstanding customer service. Bryant graduated from Becker College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Quinnipiac University with a Master’s of Organizational Leadership.

Jesse Rose - Territory Manager

Jesse joined CWB with over 6 years of operations and sales experience.  He previously worked  for a large Fortune 500 company  which provides him experience that he utilizes daily with his team and clients. Jesse looks forward to continuing to support the growth of the business along with his own development. Jesse graduated from Springfield College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.

Nick joined CWB with over 10 years of experience in sales and account management. Nick’s passion is developing professional, interpersonal connections with clients so that he can meet expectations, help to understand needs and resolve unique challenges for his facilities. Nick looks forward to continuing to use these relationships to support both his clients and growth of the CWB team. He graduated from Castleton University with a degree in Psychology.

Ben joined CWB with over 10 years of sales experience. Ben joins us with a very diverse background of professional experience but takes the most pride in managing, mentoring, and supporting sales professionals. He looks forward to the continued growth of CWB and the sales team. Ben currently leads our Sales Executive team to prospect new clients and create solutions for future clients. Ben graduated from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology and New England Law Boston with a Juris Doctorate.

Stacey Nicholson - Business Development Manager

Stacey joined CWB with 10 years of inside sales/account management experience. Stacey’s passion is prospecting for new business and especially adding new accounts to the CRM database. She is looking forward to being a mentor to new hires and watching them grow in their careers. She wants to lead by example while continuing her own professional development.
