Steven Gloria makes routine visits and reviews the quality of the service provided and asks if there is anything that City Wide can do better. This is great customer service and greatly appreciated. City Wide has been great at providing the basic cleaning services at our facility. We also had several interior walls painted this past summer through City Wide. Very good job performed as well.

It has been great utilizing the other services City Wide is able to offer such as plumbing, paving and line striping because they are not services we use all the time. The team that is assigned to our site for janitorial contract have been nothing short of amazing. After having had a sub-par contract for a couple years prior, our switch to City Wide Managed Services for janitorial has been a sweeping success, pun intended.

Tara DeMaso and Craig Kolesar have been great to work with. Craig checks in weekly to make sure we are satisfied with their service, which is very impressive. We hired City Wide to service one of our larger office tenants, and they’ve done a great job. We’ve not had one complaint in over a year!

I have been using City Wide for 1 year now. I run a small Manufacturing Plant and having reliable vendors is very important to our operation. I use City Wide for many support aspects from janitorial to construction. The major benefit is I do not have to contract with multiple vendors, City Wide manages that for me and they hold their vendors accountable. Over the course of the last year, they have been instrumental in saving my facility money and averting missed deadlines with very quick responses. In March I needed a concrete pad poured, it was an emergency that would have delayed the installation of a very important machine. I called my account manager and there was a crew on site within 4 hours pouring the slab. I continue to be very impressed with City Wide and their professional and competent support of my facility.

Craig has been very hands on. He responds quickly to any questions we have. We are very satisfied with City Wide.

Prior to hiring City Wide our Facilities Dept. would consistently receive complaints on the poor conditions their area was left. This was a great burden to the dept. which led to the hiring of City Wide. From day one City Wide assigned Chris Webber who managed our account and oversaw the team responsible for cleaning. Chris visited each week to check in and made the transition extremely smooth. Our facilities company no longer receives any complaints. We are extremely pleased with all the services that City Wide provides.

I have been working with Ben Pritchard for over 2 years we are very happy with the services he is providing. We manage a 100,00 sqft facility and it is not an easy task. We know we can always rely on him and his crew. Ben is very professional, reliable and responsive. He delivers all the time and most importantly on our last minute requests—which is not easy to pull off. I know that our space will look great the next day after a big event.

Prior to City Wide taking on our cleaning contract our facility was horrible…. Since City Wide has begun, looks better and better every day…  Overall, I am happy to be working with City Wide and would recommend them to anyone looking for not only cleaning but for overall managed services. It is so much easier to make that one call to Julie to get things going instead of dealing with 20 contractors.
