Account Manager

City Wide of Boston is expanding and we are seeking to add an Account Manager to our team! This position is a hybrid role of sales, customer service, and relationship building with existing clients. The Account Manager is field based and will visit their clients regularly to build relationships and to establish trust and rapport. Administrative support is provided to allow for focused time to work with clients, manage projects and to cross-sell additional services.

Collections Specialist

City Wide of Boston is expanding, and we are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our growing team!

As a member of our Finance team, this person will be responsible for collections functions, cash applications and research of customer invoices and payments.

  • 1+ years of collections/accounts receivable or customer service experience
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and clients

  • AA degree preferred

What are the responsibilities:

  • Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
  • Resolve client-billing problems in a timely manner
  • Make outbound calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
  • Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management
  • Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports
  • Apply payments in the accounting system when needed
  • Process credits for customers if needed
  • Support the finance team as needed
  • Monitor the AR aging report
  • Send out customer statements

City Wide Facilities Solutions - Boston is seeking a top performing B2B sales hunter who excels at finding and closing new business. The ideal candidate will embrace phone prospecting and cold calling to create opportunities in their protected territory.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with account managers and your sales team, you will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.

What are we looking for in a Sales Executive?

You are a strong hunter and can easily explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals. You have existing relationships that will help you quickly establish a portfolio of clients.   • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week
  • Utilize and manage your customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information
  • Assist with Sales Ops Walkthroughs and New Starts
  • Other duties as assigned by management

 Requirements

Experience selling services to owners or key stakeholders at commercial properties is ideal. Successful candidates must have strong consultative selling skills as well as exceptional organizational and follow through skills. You need to be driven and ready to work hard.

  • Minimum 3 years quota carrying B2B combined inside and outside sales experience
  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Strong MS Office and CRM systems
  • Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams

Here's what you'll be doing on a daily and weekly basis

  • We'll teach you how to set 8-15 opportunities for the Sales team and then how to sell B2B building maintenance solutions. You'll work with the Sales team to learn and support the sales process and follow-up communications as you grow.
  • Identify sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision-makers to generate opportunities for sales.
  • Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, including – scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments set.
  • Office based position to start and will transition to partially field based as you advance through the training program.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or sales support work experience in a B2B sales environment.
