Some of the responsibilities could include:
- Answer telephone and provide information and/or refer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Support in maintaining CRM database ensuring accuracy of all client and contact records
- Assist in executing the new client onboarding process
- Assist sales and operations in generating proposals and quotes
- Support in sending vendor communications
- Support with marketing efforts, campaigns and developing marketing strategies
- Assist sales and operations in the field for client facing situations
- Create and implement standard operating procedures to create efficiencies across departments
- Work alongside CWB team members in various departments to learn and understand daily production operations
- Participate in cross-functional projects that will be implemented and used by the company long term

City Wide of Boston is expanding and we are seeking to add an Account Manager to our team! This position is a hybrid role of sales, customer service, and relationship building with existing clients. The Account Manager is field based and will visit their clients regularly to build relationships and to establish trust and rapport. Administrative support is provided to allow for focused time to work with clients, manage projects and to cross-sell additional services.

In this position you will:

Requirements
Experience selling services to owners or key stakeholders at commercial properties is ideal. Successful candidates must have strong consultative selling skills as well as exceptional organizational and follow through skills. You need to be driven and ready to work hard.
- Minimum 3 years quota carrying B2B combined inside and outside sales experience
- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Strong MS Office and CRM systems
- Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams

Here's what you'll be doing on a daily and weekly basis
- We'll teach you how to set 8-15 opportunities for the Sales team and then how to sell B2B building maintenance solutions. You'll work with the Sales team to learn and support the sales process and follow-up communications as you grow.
- Identify sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision-makers to generate opportunities for sales.

- Office based position to start and will transition to partially field based as you advance through the training program.
