Registered Business
Must be a Corporation or LLC with active registration and no state dissolutions.
Service Areas
Actively providing services within our Massachusetts service area.
Insurance Coverage
Valid General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance, meeting our minimums, with City Wide listed as the certificate holder and additional insured for General Liability.
Professional Appearance
Employees wear company-branded uniforms or attire.
Commercial Experience
Demonstrated expertise in serving commercial clients.
Safety Policy
Maintain a documented and enforceable safety policy.
Client References
Provide four direct commercial client references (not subcontractors) along with a review of online feedback.
Infectious Disease Policy
Have an infectious disease policy in place.
Employee Resources
Sufficient number of employees (not subcontractors) to handle service needs effectively.
Background Checks
Perform successful background checks on employees who may work in facilities managed by City Wide.
